Product Return Policy/Procedure
Applies to both Warranty and Repair Items
STEP 1 Contact ORE by telephone
(508-291-0960) , e-mail (sales@ore.com) or fax (508-291-0975)
to obtain a Service Authorization Return (SAR) number. This number
should be included on all correspondence concerning the equipment
and its repair/replacement and included with all shipments. Please
provide a full description of the fault, the part numbers and
serial numbers of the equipment involved and full return shipment
information.
STEP 2 Ship equipment to ORE address
if in US. If shipping from outside of the US the goods should
be consigned to ORE c/o DANZAS/AEI Customs Brokers at Boston (Logan)
Airport, tel 617-242-2222, fax 617-241-5917.
STEP 3 ORE will evaluate the equipment
and advise of fault(s) found and provide a repair estimate or
advise of warranty status.
STEP 4 ORE will complete repair
upon receipt of Customer Purchase Order (if not under warranty)
and return to customer.
Notes:
Customer is responsible for all inbound shipping charges repair
or warranty
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
of repairs; ORE will use best commercial air freight for return
shipments unless otherwise advised.
ORE is responsible for return shipment of warranty
repairs; ORE will use best commercial air freight for return shipments
unless otherwise advised; Customer will be responsible for additional
charges should a faster means of shipment be required.
