Acquisition of ORE Offshore Products Division

EdgeOne LLC of Milford, MA announces its recent acquisition of the ORE Offshore Products Division from ADS Corp. of Huntsville, AL. The ORE Houston, TX based leasing operation was not purchased by EdgeOne LLC and will continue to be operated by ADS.

ORE will continue to operate out of its existing manufacturing facility in Falmouth, MA under the name ORE Offshore and will be managed as a discrete operating center of EdgeOne. It will continue to service its domestic and international customers both directly and through its existing sales representative network.

ORE Offshore Products, founded in 1961 as Ocean Research Equipment, Inc., is a well-established supplier of Trackpoint underwater tracking and positioning products and systems.
